Abstract: We present a rare case of a 38-year-old woman with a history of ulcerative colitis (UC) who developed unusual web-like inflammatory polyps throughout the colon. Although inflammatory polyps are not uncommon in UC, the extensive and web-like morphology observed in this patient is highly unusual. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of inflammatory polyps without evidence of dysplasia or carcinoma. This case highlights the necessity for close endoscopic surveillance in UC patients with unusual polyp morphology and underscores the importance of timely histological assessment to guide management and monitor for potential complications, including dysplasia or carcinoma.
